Welcome to the 2011 CCA Pumpkin Farm Fundraiser Site

This year’s fundraiser will run from

Saturday, September 24^th – Sunday, October 30^th.

Instructions for volunteering:

1. Click on the following link to view the schedule: Schedule

2. Determine which shift(s) you can work and if you are willing to be a shift leader.

3. Send an email to us at ccapumpkinfarm@gmail.com and include the following information

· Are you willing to be a shift leader?

· Your name

· Date and shift(s) you are volunteering for

4. Once your email has been received, it will be reviewed and your shift will be scheduled. You will receive a reply to your email stating whether you have been scheduled or if there is a conflict.

5. You may look at the schedule any time here à Schedule

Note: The first shift leader and one other helper on each day will be asked to come 1/2 hour earlier for setup.

When preparing for your shift, please do the following:

1. Wear a baseball hat

2. Arrive 15 minutes early for your shift to be prepared to start on time
